We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@mossandfernstudio.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your package. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and notify us right away if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’re here to resolve any issues promptly.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

Exchanges
To ensure the fastest processing, please return the unwanted item, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
